So I did my very first sea/lake/cold water dip yes

So I did my very first sea/lake/cold water dip yesterday evening, I thought why not start 34 with a bang. I’m terrified of cold water, never understood it, just saw it as torture. But I have read, watched and heard so much positive stories about people doing it and I thought F it I’ll give it a go, if it can help with my mind and anxiety what’s the harm. I now get it!!!! It’s hard but worth it and the boost afterwards it’s so so so so worth it. I can see why people find it addictive!!!
What’s your thoughts?? Have you done it? Do you want to try it?
